Meet the Frankenroaster. She’s a wee ripper that transforms green beans into damn fine product.
After reading a not insignificant number of rather fat books and drinking an even more serious number of coffees, we decided we’d like to roast coffee a little differently from your average Joe roaster.
So we built the Frankenroaster…from scratch. She’s built to roast unique profiles with variability and control over the roasting process not found in any ‘off the shelf’ coffee roasters.
Once this beauty was alive we spent way too many hours of testing, tasting and tweaking to bring forth the best in this little monster to create the juicy, fresh vibes that fill our favourite coffee mugs.
She’s now well seasoned and we’ve figured our alchemy out to the point where we’re ready to share our favourite elixirs with others similarly afflicted with a taste for delicious methylxanthines.
